Domestic Shipping
Winki Suits Pty Ltd will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order
We ship all domestic orders via Express with Australia Post
Shipping is FREE for orders over $250 AUD
Express shipping takes 1-4 business days to arrive and is a flat rate of $10 AUD
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive your tracking number via email
We use biodegradable and compostable shipping bags on all orders - we use zero plastic in the whole manufacturing process of our suits
International Shipping
International shipping varies from country to country in price and length of time for the goods to arrive
We offer two options for international express shipping:
Option 1 is using DHL International Express which takes 3-7 business days
Option 2 is using Express Australian Post which takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks
For orders under $250 AUD, international shipping is between $20-35 AUD
We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Africa
Please note that we are not responsible for duty and taxes that may incur overseas

Returns & Exchanges
For all refunds and exchanges, please use our Returns Portal and follow instructions.
We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order.
Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
We do offer refunds, exchanges and 110% store credits for items purchased on our site within 14 days of receipt of goods (this includes items where promotional discounts were used and site-wide sales). This is providing the suit has been unworn, is not damaged and has its original tags.
We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on any products marked FINAL SALE in the description.
Please Note
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require your item/s to be unused and in original condition/packaging and unworn.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages
Winki Suits Pty Ltd is not responsible for the cost of return postage
Shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates.
While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.
