The top appears to be well made but it doesn't fit me and when I tried to exchange it, the online form doesn't work. The contact form has yielded no response, not have 3 emails across both email addresses. I am trying to sort this before a holiday and it now seems unlikely the exchange could occur in time. It is starting to feel like this is a deliberate method for avoiding the hassle of exchanges, despite the exchange and return policy stating an exchange would be possible. I would not have bought this item online if exchange hadn't been possible.
