Shipping + Returns

Domestic Shipping

Winki Suits Pty Ltd will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Please allow 4-5 business days during sale periods.

We ship all domestic orders via & Parcel Post and Express Post with Australia Post

Shipping is FREE for orders over $250 AUD

Express shipping takes 1-4 business days to arrive and is a flat rate of $14 AUD.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive your tracking number via email

We use biodegradable and compostable shipping bags on all orders

International Shipping

International shipping varies from country to country in price and length of time for the goods to arrive

We offer two options for international express shipping:

Option 1 is using DHL International Express which takes 3-7 business days

Option 2 is using Express Australian Post which takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks

We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Africa

Please note that we are not responsible for duty and taxes that may incur overseas

Returns & Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, please use our Returns Portal and follow instructions.

We offer exchanges or 110% store credits for full priced items within 14 days of receipt of goods.

This is providing the suit has been unworn, is not damaged and has its original tags and hygiene sticker attached.

If the returned products do not meet our exchange requirements, they will be returned to the customer.

We do offer refunds on faulty items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods.

We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on any discounted products.

Return Portal

Please Note

To be eligible for an exchange or return for store credit, we require your item/s to be unused and in original condition/packaging and unworn.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages

Winki Suits Pty Ltd is not responsible for the cost of return postage

Shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates.

While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.
