Order Dispatch
When can I expect to receive my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email detailing your tracking information. Please allow 2 business days for order to be dispatched.
Should you have any issues regarding delivery, please contact us.
What is a Pre-Order?
Occasionally some items may be available for sale on our website as a PRE-ORDER.
This means that the stock hasn’t arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre-sale, to allow you to secure the stock. We do this with high demand items to give you the opportunity to secure one.
These items will be marked as PRE-ORDER, with an estimated date of arrival listed in the product description.
Can I change my order?
We are unable to edit your order once it has been placed. If you need to amend the shipping address or cancel the order, please contact us within 2 hours of order placement to ensure this is rectified. Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be mended nor order cancelled.

Australia Post and domestic courier services are experiencing significant delivery delays Australia wide. To ensure parcels and gifts are delivered before Christmas, please see cut off dates below.
Standard Post: 9th December
Express Post: 19th December
International Standard: 5th December
International Express Post (DHL): 19th December
Western Australia: 9th December via Express services only
South Australia: 9th December via Express services only
Northern Territory: 9th December via Express services only
Please note, there is no guarantee orders placed thereafter will be delivered before the Christmas and New Year period.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We love our international customers. International shipping varies from country to country in price and length of time for the goods to arrive
We offer two options for international express shipping:
• Option 1 is using DHL International Express which takes 3-7 business days (this option costs $30 AUD)
• Option 2 is using Express Australian Post which takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks (this option costs $25 AUD)
Please note that we are not responsible for duty and taxes that may incur overseas

How long does a return take to process?
Returns may take 3 business days to be assessed and processed once delivered into our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear back into the bank account once we’ve processed the return.
What can I return?
We are happy to accept full priced items for either an exchange or store credit, provided they are in the original condition. Unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.
All items marked sale cannot be returned or exchanged at any point.

You’ve run out of my size - will you be restocking?
If your size is unavailable, please select ‘notify me’ of a restock on the product page as we may recut the item.
How do I care for my Winki Suit?
We recommend rinsing them in cold, fresh water after use and laying them to dry flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry and if you need to wash them, use a mild detergent and hand wash.
