Hello lovely Winki friends, 

Can you believe it’s our sixth Summer collection already? As a team, we are MOST proud of this one. I almost think that (with some added accessories), these suits will make up a capsule wardrobe to take me from one Summer to the next. Most of them double as both a playful sea suit for ocean adventures and a groovy bodysuit for life outside of the sea. 

We’ve designed 4 new fun eclectic prints and 3 new styles. Never have we had such a hard time narrowing down which prints to include. Opting to ditch boring beige and embrace brighter colours has filtered down into our collection. These styles have been created by listening to your feedback, whilst still drawing inspiration from some iconic vintage silhouettes. As per usual, we design our suits to be functional, supportive and feminine. A bit about each style:

Cindy was a long time in the making, especially after bidding farewell to the Penny style earlier this year. Taking inspiration from vintage patterns, we hustled together with our pattern-maker and manufacturers and brought her to life. After lots of back and forth, we're thrilled with the shape - shorter than a Lola or shortie, whilst still offering a fuller coverage. What started as a very square design has gracefully transformed into a feminine silhouette with front panels, a lower back, square neckline, and slightly thinner straps than usual. 

The lovely Lou is a sister of our best selling suit, the Lola. She features a shelf bra for bust support, an elegant square neckline and a dainty yet supportive strap.

Florence is our staple one piece, designed for morning dips and doubles as a body-suit. She features a square neckline, a low back and a higher-rise bikini bottom.

Since our launch in April 2019, we’ve learnt some invaluable lessons, but the sentiment is the same: Go slow to go far.  Building a business from the ground up demands time and a whole lot of love. And now, as both of us have embraced motherhood, time has become even more precious. Motherhood has really helped with the ‘go slow’ part! It's been a beautiful, albeit challenging, juggling act—raising our babies while carving out the time and freedom to create. As our ‘first baby’ continues to grow, more than ever, we recognize the need to give ourselves the space to keep dreaming and creating new ideas for you to enjoy. 

This year, our Winki family has welcomed two new members, and it's been a pleasure to each find our groove and flair. We even made Christmas party invites this year! 

As always, we are dedicated to supporting The Blessed Project in the Philippines. We started this business with the purpose of not only creating suits for our wearers, but also improving the wellbeing of women impacted by the human trafficking industry. We hope that our business transcends us and transforms lives because the world can always do with a little more love.
